If you’re visiting Antioch Lake Cities for the first time, you may have some questions about where to go and what to expect. We want to be available to help you feel loved every step of the way. To help you get a feel for things, let us walk you through a typical Sunday Worship Gathering.
Our Sunday Worship Gathering begins at 10:00am. We are meeting at Bradfield Recreation Center (1146 Castle Drive Garland, TX). Kids Ministry check-in opens at 9:45am.
Kids Ministry Classes are offered for ages birth through 6th grade during the service. Our team of trained volunteers cultivate a safe and fun learning environment for kids to grow in their faith.
During the service, you can expect uplifting music with an acoustic style, a friendly, relaxed atmosphere, and a practical message from the Bible. Services last approximately 90 minutes.
Don’t feel obligated to wear your “Sunday clothes.” Wear what is comfortable for you. Most people dress casually at Lake Cities. You will see all ranges of dress, from shorts and a t-shirt to business pants with a collared shirt.
At some point in the service we will receive or pray over the tithes/offerings. There is no obligation or expectation for you to give as our guest, though you are welcome to if you desire.
