At Antioch Lake Cities, we are committed to being a people who live out our faith in all the ways God commands, including with the money, possessions, and treasures God has entrusted to us! This Fall we are digging into God’s Word to learn the secret of a trust-filled, anxiety free, joyful, grateful, content, Scripture saturated, Spirit-led, eternal perspective on money and possessions.
Below, you will find teachings, resources, and starting points for each of the Treasure Principles that we are implementing as a church. We also encourage you to read the book “The Treasure Principle” by Randy Alcorn which introduces and expounds on many of the truths we are learning and applying!
WEEK ONE: PER$PECTIVE

Starting Point: Pray the following Declaration: O Lord, I acknowledge you as Creator and Owner of all things, everything in heaven and on earth belongs to you. Riches, honor, income, possessions, gifts, along with the strength, wisdom, ability and opportunity to work and enjoy them all come from you. Thank you for providing these to me. Action: Each day this week identify 5 things God has given you (write them down), acknowledge that they belong to Him and give Him thanks for them.
